Story

Throughout my 30 year career I have had to learn to adapt and diversify more than once, or even twice. 

I have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing teams, and for "some" amazing people.

Working in Europe, the USA and Canada, all of which have differing work cultures, one thing has been a constant, Good Leaders and Great Teams Succeed.

For the last 15 years I have focused on Operational Excellence, Process Improvement and developing High Performing Teams and Leadership for large multinational organizations.

I have accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge on what makes businesses successful.

Now I have developed a way of breaking the seemingly immense and costly world of Business Excellence, into a modular format suited to small / medium sized enterprises, providing coaching and deployment in a format that is right for you.
